Please help, I'm not sure where to go for this one. Thinking possibly unlisted, but I'd rather avoid that if I can. Maybe I should go for something else? Please help if you can.

"The patient underwent prep, drape, and time-out per Joint Commision guidelines. Access was gained into the peritoneal cavity by direct cut-down method and the liver was noted to be densely cirrhotic and there was a nodule present also in the right lobe. Normal cirrhotic, normal for the patient, tissue, was biopsied twice with TruCut needle and two biopsies were made of the mass as well."

Thanks for the help!

I was kind of thinking of the 49000 too, but I wasn't sure if this would qualify, but I think I might try this, and see what happens. Thanks for the input.
