I code for an asc, i have a dr that will be performing a keratoprosthesis and a keratoplasty with iol insertion in the absence of cataract extraction in the new future.
He has booked this case with codes 65770, 65750 and 66985
these codes do not bundle, but i am struggling with whether or not you can do 65770 and 67570 at the same time on the same eye.
65770 is indicated for patients that are not candidates for 65750 or have had failed 65750 previously.
Can anyone shed some light on whether these two procedures are billable concurrently?
