Does anyone know where I can find in writing that screening for Strep B is part of the global OB package? I have doctors that insist on trying to charge a separate visit for this, so backup would help!

CPT instructions for code 59400 Global OB package states "routine OB care including antepartum care" should suffice to show them that any care done during the antepartum period is part of the Global package of care. Visit for GBS testing is part of that "routine antepartum care" .
