Does anyone know the answer to this.
Patient scheduled for stress/echo with dobutamine, after the test was started more IVP drugs were given.
The stress echo codes are: 93350
93016
93018
J1250 (dobutamine)
J0460 (atropine)
J3490 (diltiazem)

do I need to ad the IVP cpt's 96374, t96375.
