I am billing for a complete stress echo with doppler for an office setting (global billing) and a hospital setting (professional portion). For the hospital we have been coding 93350-25, 93320-26, 93325-26, then 93017 and 93018 for the tech portion of the stress. The office setting has been billing 93306 and 93015.

Are these being billed correctly? Since they are the same procedure I don't see why there are different CPT's (93306 vs 93350) being used.
