Has anyone billed 93350-26, 93016, 93018 with 78452-26? The providers I code for do stress echos every now and then and everything I've read doesn't give me an answer in regards to SPECT imaging with this procedure. Has anyone found anything relevant to this scenario and would be willing to share it?
