We bill for stress test done in office. 93015 is for supervision and interp if done om the same day. What do I bill if supervision is done one day and the next day the interp is done? Do I use 93015 or do I us the other breakdown of codes? Under CMS interp is to be billed the date the doctor does his dictation and supervision is to be billed the day the supervision is done.. This code to me falls under S&I> please advise.. if you could provide a link to cms, in order for our billing process be confirmed. If use 93015 what date do I use? I have been researching this for hours...please help:(
