When supervising physician and reading physician are billing from the same office and own the equipment. Should we be stating the individual physicians when reporting the 93016 and 93018? In that case we would not be reimbursed for the equipment (93017, facility charge only; not billable for POS 11). I would love to use procedure 93015 and get reimbursed for the facility component as well, but I don't believe this is possible with 2 seperate physicians. Can somebody please advise? Thanks in advance!
