Wiki Stress Test & EKG and 59 Modifier

I have a questions regarding billing a Stress Test and an EKG for same day. Is the 59 modifier required on both? I know that the EKG must have an abnormal dx code attached to it. The question we are having is if both require the 59 modifier. Thank you for the help!
