93016 and 93018.coding pro fees for stress test at facility. 93018 i have been coding for interpretation and report but I do not know how to tell if my physician was the supervision physician to capture cpt code 93016. Does it need to state "supervising physician"? Is there other documentation that I can tell he is there and available, another report of his supervision. I do not know what I am looking for to code 93016. Thanks
