Final Pathologic Diagnosis
A. "Right ovarian cyst", resection:
· Sex-cord stromal tumor, consistent with Sertoli-Leydig tumor.

Clinical History
Pre-op diagnosis: Neoplasm of uncertain behavior of unspecified ovary D39.10.

What ICD10 would you assign? Any help appreciated
 
Hi annettebec,
First thing you want to do is go to the Index in your ICD book to "Tumor".
Find "sex cord (stromal)" that states - see Neoplasm, uncertain behavior, by site
Next, move to your neoplasm table to "ovary" D39.11 (right ovary is the location mentioned from your post)
