I'm trying to code a laparoscopic excision of a (right) ovarian cyst + removal of (right) tube and ovary. I'm leaning towards 58662.
Do I need a modifier & is there another cpt I can bill for?
 
I'm thinking 58661 for laparoscopic partial Salpingo-oophorectomy. I'm curious why the provider did a cyst removal then decided to remove the whole right ovary and tube
