Hi, I am wondering if a physician is doing a nuc stress test 93016-93018, in the hosp and it is his patient, and he interprets the report, can I bill 78452-25 plus 93016 and 93018?
 
If he read both portions and was the supervising yes you can bill 78452-26, 93016, and 93018. Just review the report and the tech reports. Sometimes our providers let the radiologists read the nuclear portion.
