Looking for a CPT for a subclavian artery cut-down for aterial bypass. Has anyone encountered this one before? :eek:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was wondering what kind of bypass it was, if it was involving the subclavian then you could not bill for it. It would be like billing cut down on the femoral to do a fem-pop. :)
