One of our surgeons performed angiograms and subclavian sheath removal of a Cordis sheath for a patient who had the sheath placed in the artery during a craniotomy. Our physician was not the one who placed the catheter in the first place, but is doing the angiograms and removal of it after the craniotomy. Is there anything I can bill for the sheath removal or am I only able to bill for the angiograms? Thanks.

We Use A 37203 When We Remove A Previously Placed Ivc Filter. With S&i Of 75961. With What You've Said I Think This Could Work For Yours Also.:)
