Wiki Subdural aspiration after burr hole

Am having a hard time coding aspiration of a recurrent subdural hematoma on day 3 after burr hole surgery and again on day 5. Provider notes using an 18 gauge needle to drain the fluid via the burr hole opening. This is a bed-side procedure. Each way I code, it leads to the unlisted neuro code 64999. I just want to make sure I am not missing something.
