Wiki Subluxation of tendon - icd-10-cm code?

Hi,

How would the subluxation of tendon of right hand, be coded. I'm thinking of going with other specified disorders of tendon right hand (M87.643) as there is no documentation of trauma.

Any inputs anybody?
