Can anyone suggest where I can find documention that supports this issue:
when billing for a stereotactic breast biopsy w/clip placement and xray of surgical specimen, it would be submitted in RVU order.
Another coder is stating that is doesn't matter what order the codes are submitted on the HCFA, thus, instead of: 19103

19295
76098,26

it could be submitted as: 76098,26
77031-26
19295
19103
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
