When OB patient has sub optimal views at their anatomy scan and comes back a couple weeks later for a 76816 followup scan.. what ICD-10 code would you use for the 76816? Would you use the Z36 Encounter for routine anatomy again since that's what they're trying to complete??

ACOG has recommended, if no abnormalities are found you should code Z03.73 Encounter for suspected fetal anomaly ruled out.
