Can anyone provide me with any guidance to coding Suboxone?

We have been coding as 305.90, V68.1 which would cover all. We are now being told the right way would be 304.90, V58.69. That V68.1 should not be used even if it is in the note, which all of our providers list it.

Anyone know anything about this??

Are you performing a urine drug screen with the visit? The V58.69 would be needed for it to be covered.
We used 305.90 and V58.69 without the V68.1.
