Please help me in finding correct CPT code for SUBPECTORAL INTERFACIAL PLANE block. This block was used by anesthesiologist for post op pain on surgeons request. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

64450 is the code for this block. If this was performed in the same encounter as General anesthesia, you would bill it as follows:

64450-59,RT or LT with G89.18

If ultrasound is documented, you may also bill 76942-26 with G89.18.
