Good Morning,

We received a letter from the Office of Health Inspector for records of selected patients for a certain physician. Has anyone else received something like this? Is it part of a normal audit?

this is not what one would call a normal audit no, but if it is a subpoena you must comply and give ONLY what is requested and not a page or paragraph more. If in doubt, consult your attorney
