40 sqcm was debrided on the leg but only 6.5 sqcm was covered with OASIS graft (15271). We are unclear as to if both can be billed? Is this still considered SIMPLE debridement if it extends thru the subq layer? AND, if he debrided the entire ulcer thru subq layer and covered it with graft is it seperatly reportable?:(
