If a patient had a total hip replacement 6 weeks ago and developed a surgical wound dehiscence which required a second procedure, would this be coded as a subsequent visit for the patient?

My thoughts are -

I would code as T81.30XA, because the patient is being actively treated for a new issue/diagnosis. I would not consider it subsequent until the patient is in the healing or recovery phase for the complication.
