subsequent hospital visit for continuation of chemo

I am having trouble finding medical necessity for a subsequent hospital visit for the "continuation of chemotherapy." I understand that workup must be done to make sure that the patient is stable to receive chemo, but it seems that it is part of the administration of chemo workup, and not a separately billable service.

Thanks for any insight
