We have a physician who visits patients once a week who are in a nursing home or rehab facility for things such as joint replacements or wound care? He is the onsite physician for these patients. Does anyone know if Medicare (we are in Kentucky) has a limit to the amount of subsequent nursing home visits that are allowed to be billed (or that Medicare will pay) per month?
