Can anyone provide me with any insight as to what codes are used for a 28 day stay for Substance Abuse Residential Facility Billing?

We have a licensed community based residential facility and we use H0018 for our adult residential program. H0018 would be for under 28 days and H0019 would be considered long term - More than 30 days. It also depends on your insurance contracts if you have any. One of our contracts requests services be billed on a UB04 with rev code 1002 and HCPCS H0018.
