Wiki Subtracting IVP time from hydration time

If hydration is running and an IVP is administered in the same site during the hydration time, and the start and stop time of the IVP is not documented, should 15 minutes be subtracted from the hydration time? Does anyone have a reference from a reputable source to support this? I was able to locate the CPT assistant below, but I am still not sure. Any help is greatly appreciated.
