I was hoping someone has ran into this before. I do coding for an ASC and a doctor performed an excision of a postauricular mass with suction assistance. The doctor made a stab wound incision, infiltrated with tumescent solution & sucked out the fatty mass. Does anyone have any suggestions on what code I should use? I would appreciate any input on this.
