Hello, inquiring about how to bill for the SUD cpt code T1016 with modifier U8 HN (Treatment Coordination). I was told from a provider they want to bill this as a group code, however reading the Statue for 245G.07 my understanding is it can't be billed as a group but can bill as individual. We are licensed/qualified to bill the T1016 but in disagreement if it can be billed as individual or group. Thanks in advance!!!
