Anyone billing for a teen suicide screening/questionaire? If so, what CPT code are you using? Are you seeing reimbursements? Denials?

Any input is appreciated!
 
have you looked at 99420? It's non-covered for MCare but since you're Pedi doesn't really matter

Would have to use Mod -25 on your E&M
Dont know what or if any payer would pay separate
Dont know if it is accurate for what your provider is doing
