Wiki Sunscreen-over the counter medicine

I was curious as to the thoughts of sunscreen spf 15 being treated as an over the counter medicine for e&m evaluation?

By the same FDA definition, there are toothpastes considered over the counter medications.
I would say it's a stretch...

Thank you so much, that is mine and coworkers feelings but ADA is saying yes it is considered over the counter medication and was wanting to see others thoughts on this.
