Hi All,

Does anyone have a superbill for Urology that you are planning on using w ICD10 ? Our physicians are not out of the paper world yet Thanks,Rebecca
 
I am planning on formatting a superbill with out dx codes for my providers. I have 2 providers that do procedures and rounding at the hospital so it's not as many as office visits. I am going to have some lines on the back of the procedure sheet where they can write out the pt's dx. It would be waaaaayyy to complex to try and list even the most common urology dx on a superbill.
