The patient was an 11 yo that had a eyelid abrasion treated with Dermabond. She inadvertently shut her eye which became stuck. She was taken to the OR, and the glue was removed without an incision. I'm having trouble locating a procedure code, and the only one that I've been able to come up with is the unlisted code 67999. The other code that was suggested was 67938, but the CDR states this involves removal of an embedded object with an incision. Any suggestions???
