Wiki Supervised CRNA handoff to Anesthesiologist Mid case

Hello Everyone!

I rcvd an odd charge. We had a supervised CRNA in a case, who then midcase handed off to an Anesthesiologist (not the one who was originally supervising). How would I bill for this?

Bill for this case as it started (with the CRNA being supervised), and enter the start/stop times for all providers.
