Hello, I am looking for some guidance on how to correctly diagnose/code a visit to a maternal fetal medicine specialist for a pregnant patient to discuss her positive genetic carrier status for cystic fibrosis. What supervision of pregnancy code is appropriate in addition to the genetic carrier status. Supervision of normal pregnancy or does the positive carrier status complicate the pregnancy? Appreciate any input guidance.
