Wiki suprascapular nerve release thru scope

hello all,

my physician did this:

thru the scope:

** teased away the suprascapular artery and retracted it

** identified suprascapular nerve in the humeral ligament

** excised the ligament

** with rongeur removes parts off the humeral notch and smoothed edges

** nerve was identified and intact and was now free and mobile

i was thinking of going with a 29823
