How do you code a sural nerve injection? 20610 is for an ankle joint injection, 20550 is for a tendon injection, 64455 is for plantar digital nerve. Attached is the notes. Please help I am confused

Neuritis/neuroma of the sural nerve left.

Plan:
I spoke to her in detail regarding neuritis versus nerve compression versus neuropathy. I'm going to try an injection for both diagnostic and hopefully therapeutic purposes. She may need some ultrasound and therapy depending upon how she does.
Injected sural nerve L. The area was prepped with alcohol. Ethyl chloride was used. The area was injected with 2 cc mix of 1.0cc 1% Lidocaine plain and 1.0cc Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphat 4mg/ml using sterile technique.

BCrandall is correct.
Sural Nerve and tibial Nerves are branches of Sciatic. Tibial gives rise to plantar , common plantar digital nerve and more of plantar nerves. The branches of Sural are lateral dorsal cutaneous · lateral calcaneal .
So the most appropriate would be 64450 -other peripheral nerve or branch
