Patient undewent open sigmoid colectomy by the GI surgeon, during this case there was a bladder injury and bilateral ureteral transection,duplicated left collecting system. 2 left ureters and right ureter divided during resection of bladder where cancer extends from colon locally. Our Urologist was called in during the surgery and repaired the bladder injury with reimplantation of the 2 left ureters & 1 right..

Any help on coding this would be much appreciated
