One of our physicians did a photoselctive vaporization of the prostate-median lobe only

would this be 52648-52..?

I would bill 52648 without a modifier as the middle lobe may be the only obstructive part of the prostate gland, Carriers do not define what constitute a complete or a partial procedure. A CPT code for a partial prostatectomy was deleted many years ago.
