my doc has done surgery in our office for 13 years. Recently, another doc asked him to go to his office to perform a surgery. How would that affect our ability to bill? Would we simpley change block 32 to indicate a new facility location or do we need to notify Medicare and other insurances that we have an additional address where we would provide services occasionally?
