If a doc is doing an arth meniscectomy in one compartment of the knee (29881) and then does a diagnostic arthroscopy in a separate compartment of that same knee, can he bill for both?
What about if he does debridement in that separate compartment? I am getting a lot of conflicting information on this and need to know where to look for a concrete answer. Please, please, please help!!! :eek:
