HI. DOES ANYONE HAVE A SHEET, CHART,OR SOME TYPE OF FORM YOU USE WHEN CODING SURGERIES?:confused: I AM NEW THIS PART OF CODING AND HAVE SEVERAL DIFFERENT SHEETS FOR E/M CODING. IS THERE ANY THING OUT THERE FOR SURGERY CODING? IF SO CAN YOU PLEASE EMAIL THEM TO ME OR TELL ME WHAT WEBSITE I CAN FIND THEM ON?:DMY PRACTICE IS ORTHOPEDIC BASED. I NEED ALL THE HELP I CAN GET.
