I am confused on using code 58662 Laparscopy excision of lesions when codes 58541-58544 Laparoscopy supracervical hysterectomy is the primary procedure. Blue card say its included in primary, but others are paying. Having a differance of opinion in the office regarding this. Would any one have any solid information on this for me. Thanks
