patient was schedule for a spermatocelectomy..
surgeon's op note states...general anesthesia induced..the right hemiscrotum demonstrated marked swelling, physical exam showed this to be easily reducible, given that no spermatocole was found, it was elected not to proceed with any surgical intervention
pt was awakened and sent to the recovery area without incident
any thoughts/ideas/help with anything that could be billed on this much appreciated
