Wiki Surgical Vs Natural Menopause

If a 72 year old patient presents with menopausal atrophy, wouldn't 627.3 be applicable even though she's had a TAH w/BSO years ago? At what point in the patient's age would the surgery cease to be considered as the cause for the symptoms of menopause? I'm leaning toward 627.3 because she's reached the age where the atrophy would have naturally occurred. Suggestions?
