Has anyone billed Surgimend 15430 during Lap Ventral Hernia Repair?
It is used to cover fascial separation intraperitoneally via the laparoscope. It also was used to place an underlay mesh on the incision line. Would the defect size need to be stated as in the open procedure or would it be included in the unlisted code 49659?
