Actinic Keratoses - suspect lesions represent actinic keratoses given rough nature and lack of itching/symptoms

- We reviewed the pre-malignant nature of the diagnosis. 1:100- 1:1000 chance of malignant degeneration. Discussed options. Opts for cryotherapy as detailed

Given the relatively small number of lesions cryotherapy was performed. Discussed the risks an benefits of therapy, verbal consent obtained. 2 lesions were treated with 1 cycle of 10 seconds freeze/thaw. Tolerated well, no complications, writte care instructions provided.

How would you code this? Dx?
