I am looking for a code for laparoscopic repair of enterotomy. The only thing I can come up with is 44602.

"Patient's adhsions were mainly of small bowel to the midline of the abdomen. At that point, before continuing the lysis of adhesion at that level, I introduced a 3-0 silk suture and placed a stitich at the area of the injury."

Any thoughts?
