Wondering if anyone has any ideas.....the surgeon plicated the vein of an AVF for the diagnosis of steal syndrome.....there are no plication codes for this specifically. Was looking at 35206 (repair blood vessel, but states other than fistula) so went to 35190 (repair AVF extremties) any thoughts?
